Recycloset® rAFL-1001 Laminating Resin System

Recyloset® rAFL-1001 is a two-component, low viscosity re-workable epoxy system, designed for hand lay-up or infusion molding process etc. The low viscosity of the resin system assures excellent flow property and fiber wetting capacity.

              4. Curing Condition

50°C×1hrand 125°C×2hrs, 50°C×16hrs or 70°C×16hrsare recommended. And you can make adjustments according to application needs.

 

              5. Remark

It suggests that we should prepare the resin about 1~2kg every time, then the reaction are mixed evenly and fastly (in 5minutes). And the resin should be used up in 15 minutes to prevent the resin bursting the imploding reaction.
